Civil Wedding.
For many couples, the civil ceremony feels like just a formality — but it can be so much more. Whether it is just the two of you or all your favorite people, I will capture the special moments naturally and discreetly.
I usually photograph civil ceremonies from Monday to Thursday in my hometown of Freiburg im Breisgau, the Black Forest, Basel, and Northwestern Switzerland. From October to April, I am also happy to be available on Fridays and weekends.

Full day wedding
documentation.
I am available for full-day wedding stories, starting from 8 hours, all year round — wherever and whenever your big day takes place. While I call Freiburg im Breisgau home, I am happy to travel across Germany and beyond to be by your side.
Have you chosen a magical place for your vows? Maybe Lake Geneva, a vineyard, or a cozy villa strung with fairy lights in Tuscany, or Provence?
Wherever love leads you — I would be honored to capture your journey across Europe.
Couple Shootings.
Besides weddings, I love photographing couples in love. A couple shoot is a beautiful way to slow down, enjoy your connection, and capture your love for a lifetime — whether you are newly in love, engaged, longtime partners, or already a family.
No stiff poses here — just natural movement, lots of laughter, and heartfelt moments. I guide you with little story prompts to help you relax and truly be yourselves.
I am available for couple sessions in Freiburg, the Black Forest, and Northwestern Switzerland.
My process.

Meet & dream.
Our first meeting – often via Zoom – is a wonderful chance to dream about your special day, ask me anything, and see if we are a good fit. To officially reserve your wedding date, I require a booking deposit and a signed agreement.

Prepare & Plan.
As you plan your wedding day – possibly with the support of a wedding planner – I am here to help however I can. Whether you have questions about the timeline or want to make sure we have set aside enough time for beautiful, relaxed photos, I will be by your side to ensure everything flows smoothly.

Your Wedding Day.
I arrive fully prepared and ready to create. My goal is to tell your story as authentically and beautifully as possible. At times, I blend in like a guest, quietly capturing the in-between moments and genuine emotions. And when it is needed, I will gently guide you—so you not only look your best, but feel completely comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Your story presented.
Within a week of your wedding, I will send you a little sneak peek – a first taste of the magic we captured together. Then, with great care and attention, I edit, curate, and prepare your full gallery. Every image is chosen and finished with love, so that your final delivery is not just a collection of photos, but a timeless treasure full of memories you will cherish forever.
FAQ's
Svenja, tell me: When should we get in touch with you?
The earlier, the better — especially if you have chosen a popular wedding date. I generally recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance. As soon as you have set your date and booked your venue is usually the perfect time. Planning a spontaneous wedding? Feel free to contact me on short notice — if I am already booked, I will be happy to recommend other trusted photographers.
